Bright clean and quiet 1 bedroom for rent March 1st or April 1st 2015. 450 includes hydro, garbage removal, parking.
I am looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet and easy going. I have a 2 yr old Lab who is extremely friendly and has gone through all those puppy stages. The entire home was recently renovated. The bedroom will fit a queen size bed, large dresser and small desk or table. There are 2 closets, one is a walk in style, the other has large deep shelves. The room also has cable, internet wifi, and phone outlets. The bathroom has a washer / dryer and you would have your own sink, cabinets and stall style shower. There is also a huge soaker tub which you might choose to use. I usually watch TV in my own room, so you would pretty much have full use of the big screen in the front room. The kitchen is quite large, and has lots of counter space. There are 4 SS appliances. Fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 decks on the home, one in the front and the other in the back. Both get a lot of sunshine. The backyard is also a good size. The downtown core is a 15min drive. There are tons of stores near by and you can walk to most stores if you want. You can also walk to Mill Hill park. There is a bus stop 1/2 a block away which is quite direct to Goldstream or the loop. You must be a working person with references or an adult student with an active card.
